From June 9 to 15, join Nia Trainer Martha Randall for a challenging and powerful week of Nia on Bowen Island--just a short ferry ride from Vancouver, BC. The White Belt training is designed to empower your body and your life with practical, body-centered education. Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that leads to health, wellness, and fitness. It inspires people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. This first level of Nia training lays the foundation for increasing awareness and attention to self-responsibility for your body and your life, delivering techniques for:
  • Increased Creativity
  • Embodied Grace
  • Soulful Body Conditioning
  • Self-Healing

The White Belt training offers a wonderful container to deepen a personal movement practice and is the first step towards becoming a Nia teacher. All levels welcome!
